Respondent Arbitration

The arbitration function doesn’t stop at recovery; cases need to be skillfully defended as well.  Cerberus Subrogation Professionals, LLC will research and prepare a thorough and effective defense for your pending auto, med pay, pip, property and workers' comp arbitration cases.  Cerberus is also extremely knowledgeable in the realm of affirmative defenses.  Again, we charge a simple flat rate of $500.00 for this service.  Please refer to our Results page to see case studies of how our cost structure combined with our results can save your company more money.

Arbitration Appeals
Cerberus Subrogation Professionals, LLC will research, draft, and submit a motion to appeal a decision on your behalf.  Please be advised that there is a very small window in which we are allowed to appeal a decision.  Please send these assignments to us as soon as the decision is received.  We charge a flat rate of $1,000.00 for this service.  If the original arbitration was handled by Cerberus Subrogation Professionals, LLC, there will be no additional fee if an appeal needs to be filed.

Subrogation
Cerberus Subrogation Professionals, LLC will pursue auto, med pay, pip, property, and workers' comp recovery on behalf of you and your clients. For this service, we charge a contingency rate on the funds recovered.  Since Cerberus primarily relies on retaining a percentage of the funds actually collected, Cerberus and the clients’ incentives are aligned. We invest the effort and only get paid when our collection efforts are successful. This arrangement leads to higher collection rates and higher net subrogation recoveries for our clients. Forensic File Audits
Cerberus Subrogation Professionals, LLC will review your closed files to ensure that all subrogation and arbitration possibilities are actively pursued.  We charge an hourly rate for these services.  Please contact our office so that we may ascertain your specific needs and prepare an estimated cost projection tailored to your unique situation.

Subrogation and Arbitration Process Consulting
